Matter of Balance Class in Osceola

Our friends at Clarke County Hospital are offering an upcoming Matter of Balance (MOB) class beginning March 23. This evidence-based program is designed to help older adults reduce the fear of falling and increase their activity levels.

During the class, participants will:
• Learn practical strategies to reduce the risk of falls
• Build confidence in staying active and independent
• Set realistic goals for increasing physical activity
• Practice simple strength and balance exercises

This supportive group program is ideal for older adults who are concerned about falling, have experienced a fall, or have limited their activities because of that concern.

Call Clarke County Hospital today to register and reserve your spot!
