Banana Oatmeal Delight Mug Cake

This is a delicious low fat, low sugar, high protein mug cake for one! Yummy for breakfast or for anytime you feel like a naturally sweet treat!

1 ripe banana

1 egg

1 Tbsp. rolled oats

2 Tbsp. flour

1 Tbsp. chocolate chips

1 mug, microwave safe

Spray inside of mug with pan release. Add peeled banana into the mug and mash well with fork. Add egg and stir well. Add flour, oats and half of the chocolate chips Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until cake starts to pull away from sides. Remove from microwave and add chocolate chips. Let rest for a minute or two. Enjoy!
