1 15 1/2 oz Can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

4 T Seasoning Mix -Use anything you like. I used: garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder and salt Try Old Bay Seasoning for a unique blend. Try Cinnamon & Sugar for a sweet treat.

2 T spray oil, olive, canola, vegetable, etc.

1. Drain and Rinse beans.

2. Add in a single layer to air fryer

3. Roast for 5 minutes to dry on 400 degrees

4. Spray with oil and return to air fryer and roast for 10 minutes, shaking at ½ way point.

5. Sprinkle with ½ of seasoning mix.

6. Roast for 2 additional minutes

7. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with remaining seasoning mix.

8. Let cool and enjoy.
