Matter of Balance--Glenwood
Join our partners at Mills County Public Health for their upcoming Matter of Balance Class. Matter of Balance is an evidence-based program designed to help older adults reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels. Through group discussion, gentle exercises, and practical strategies, participants learn how to improve balance and strength, make their homes safer, and build confidence in staying active. The program is interactive, supportive, and focuses on helping participants maintain independence and prevent falls.
Bingocize--Council Bluffs
Join us for our 1st Council Bluffs Bingocize Class!
Connections is excited to partner with the Council Bluffs Public Library and volunteer Amber Raes to bring this fun and engaging program to our community.
Bingocize combines light exercises that help with fall prevention and strength with a lively game of Bingo. It’s a great way to stay active, learn tips to reduce falls, and enjoy time with others. Participants who complete the program will receive a Bingocize t-shirt.
Come move, learn, laugh, and play Bingo with us! Registration is required and can be done through the Council Bluffs Public Library website, and opens on March 24th. Call Aubury for more information.
