 Join Connections Area Agency on Aging for our 26th annual golf tournament — a day of friendly competition, community connection, and meaningful impact. This event brings together business leaders, community partners, and supporters from across our 20-county region who share one goal: helping older adults and family caregivers remain independent, connected, and supported.

 Every swing, every sponsorship, and every partnership helps fund vital services such as transportation, caregiver support, nutrition programs, and in-home assistance — empowering older adults to age on their own terms.

Most older adults want to remain in their homes and communities as they age. With the right support, they can. Proceeds from this tournament directly support: Meals and nutrition programs, Transportation services, Caregiver respite and support, Information, referral, and advocacy services.
