Zucchini Noodles (Zoodles)

1 Zucchini

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Butter

1 tsp garlic

3 Tbsp parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

red pepper flakes (optional)

Thinly slice zucchini with skin on then cut into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat, add butter and zucchini noodles. Add garlic and saute for 5 minutes or until noodles are just softened. Add pepper flakes if desired. Remove from heat and add parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
