2 cups rolled oats – old fashioned best

1 cup pumpkin seeds/pepitas

1 cup walnuts

½ cup coconut

½ cup melted butter

4 Tbsp pumpkin puree

4 Tbsp maple syrup

4 Tbsp brown sugar

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp nutmeg

dash salt

dash allspice

dried cranberries and flavored chips if you like

Whisk butter, pumpkin, and maple syrup together. Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except flavored chips if you use them. Pour pumpkin mixture over the remaining ingredients in bowl and stir to mix. Place on a parchment lined sheet pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool and add flavored chips, store in airtight container.
