Banana Bread Oatmeal Bars

2 ripe bananas

1 egg

1 cup milk

½ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup rolled oats

1 ¼ cup flour

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

Place bananas in mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add milk, honey and vanilla and whisk to mix well. Mix remaining dry ingredients together and add to banana mixture. Mix well and place in parchment lined 9x13 rimmed baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Also great with soft butter-
