Join this group that will meet from 10-noon on beginning on Thursdays, January 6th. Classes will continue to meet each Tuesday and Thursday mornings, at the same time, through January 27. There are 8 total class sessions. Limit 25 people. Registration recommended. Walk-ins to the first session will be welcome, providing space remains in the class. No additional people will be added after the first session.

There is no charge for the class. A binder of materials will be provided for each participant. It is recommended to dress comfortably as some gentle exercises are part of the class materials.

During these sessions, participants will learn to view falls and fear of falls as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors, and promote exercise to increase strength and balance. Sessions are led by trained class leaders.

The action can be as big or as small as you choose—every action counts!
