Our Annual Golf Tournament, honoring former Board of Director's Chairman and loyal advocate for Connections Area Agency on Aging, will be held on Sept. 14. Please note the changes in location and times from our original registration brochures. The Golf Classic will be at the Fox Run Golf Club - 3001 Macineery Dr. Proceeds from the tournament, silent auction, split the pot, and generous donations will benefit our Meals on Wheels program.

Shotgun start is at 11:00, with putting practice shots beginning at 10:00.

The $100 fee per player or $400/team of four includes lunch, golf cart rental, greens fees, post-play appetizers, and prizes. Additional gifts/contributions are welcome and encouraged.

Registrations can be completed online with a credit card, or sent in by mail with the form below. Registration deadline: September 7th

Sponsorships, prize donations are accepted and welcome...and will be cheerfully acknowledged at the event. Monetary donations can be given on-line using the "Register Now" link, whether or not you are able to play. Downloadable forms are located below or contact Terri Wilson for additional information.

It's Back Again! Connections Area Agency on Aging staff and volunteers, along with Document Depot will be at the Siouxland Center for Active Generations, working to protect our older Americans! Bring your confidential papers to be shredded. This fall's event will not have a drug take back.

Personal papers with confidential information accepted. No need to remove paper clips or staples. No cardboard, plastic, or heavy metal binders. Papers from businesses not accepted (i.e.home-based or office businesses).

Free event, thanks to Document Depot, Sioux City Police, and Siouxland Center for Active Generations. Donations accepted.
