Matter of Balance-Creston IA

Thursdays March 26, through May 14th

Join us for the Matter of Balance class in Creston Iowa. The Matter of Balance class is designed to reduce the risk of falling. Participants learn about the importance of exercise in preventing falls and practice exercises to improve strength, coordination, and balance. Participants also conduct a home safety evaluation and learn to get up and down safely.
