A TRUE HELP - HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE

This session will burst the bubbles of misconception about hospice and palliative care. Hospice and palliative care can bring in support- ive services for not only the patient but also for the entire family support system. Hospice of Siouxland will join us to answer questions about pain control and end-of-life services. You will also be given tools to think about and communicate with your loved ones about what you want during a medical crisis or during your final days.
