An unbiased, informative seminar for new Medicare beneficiaries. Pre-registration is required by Sept 7 as space is limited. There is no cost to attend.

Assisting new beneficiaries to increase their understanding of Medicare is a combined effort of SHIIP programs (Senior Health Insurance Information Program), sponsored by both Cherokee Regional Medical Center and Connections Area Agency on Aging. Discussion topics will include who is eligible for benefits and timeframes for applying, understanding Medicare’s benefits and options, supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, prescription drug plans and protecting their Medicare benefits. What Information Do We Collect? How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
Do We Disclose Information to Outside Parties?
