 ternoon for 6 weeks beginning on July 13 and ending on August 17. Limit 8 
 people. No additional people will be added after the first session. \n \nP
 owerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself
  while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well
 -being\, you become a better caregiver. Six sessions held once a week are 
 led by experienced class leaders. Class participants are given The Caregiv
 er Helpbook to accompany the sessions and provide additional caregiver res
 ources.\n\n
