 for someone else.  You become a better caregiver by taking care of your ow
 n health and well-being. Six sessions held once a week are led by experien
 ced class leaders.  Class participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to
  accompany the sessions and provide additional caregiver resources.\n\n
