 ily caregivers.  Join this group that will meet from 6:00-7:30 on Thursday
  evenings for six weeks\, from January 26 through March 2\, 2023.  Limit 8
  people.  No additional people will be added after the first session. \n 
 \nPowerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to care for yourself 
 while caring for someone else.  You become a better caregiver by taking ca
 re of your own health and well-being. Six sessions held once a week are le
 d by experienced class leaders.  Class participants are given The Caregive
 r Helpbook to accompany the sessions and provide additional caregiver reso
 urces.\n\n
