 ternoons for 6 weeks beginning on July 5th and ending on August 9th. Limit
  8 people. No additional people will be added after the first session. \n 
 \nPowerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yours
 elf while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and w
 ell-being\, you become a better caregiver. Six sessions held once a week a
 re led by experienced class leaders. Class participants are given The Care
 giver Helpbook to accompany the sessions and provide additional caregiver 
 resources.\n\n
